In shadow theatre, stories are told through shadows cast on a screen by puppets, decorations, props, and actors. This form of puppetry gives plenty of room for imagination, especially when figures are conjured by the actor’s hands.
At the workshop, the participants will learn a variety of shadow play techniques. They will find out how to create their own shadow theatre at home using simple components.

The workshop will be hosted by Anita Piotrowska – a theatre director, stage designer.
