Street theatre is all about improvisation and direct contact with the audience. There is no stage in the traditional understanding – the shows are staged outdoors, on town squares or in parks. Actors need to be physically fit and have almost circus skills: during the performance, they walk on stilts, juggle, and dance. At the workshop, the participants will get to know more about this form of art: they will search for their own ways of expression, increase their body awareness, and – in more practical terms – learn stilt-walking.

The workshop will be hosted by Katarzyna Michna – an actress at Teatr Świat(ł)a.
